UNICAL has announced the expected cut-off mark for candidates applying for admission to the school. If you meet the cut-off point, UNICAL will most likely admit you if your O'Level results are satisfactory.
UNICAL is one of the best tertiary institutions in the country, however, they have a fixed cut-off mark for all admission seekers. Candidates who scored up to that in the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examinations (UTME).

UNICAL's current UTME cut-off mark is 160. The University of Calabar is inviting candidates who chose UNICAL as their first choice in the recently concluded UTME to apply for admission to their preferred department.
UNICAL also has supplementary forms for candidates who did not meet the department's minimum cut-off mark. Candidates must have at least 5 credits in their WASSCE or NECO results, as well as a UTME score of at least 160. That is the current cut-off mark for all UNICAL departments.
