Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Nekede part-time programme admission for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Federal Poly Nekede ND Part-Time Admission Requirements

The entry requirement for all National Diploma (ND) Programmes are as follows:

  • Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language, and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB (O’ level Examinations).
  • Candidates are required to obtain JAMB Part-Time Registration Number from JAMB Office or JAMB Accredited (CBT) Centres.

Please NOTE that candidates with Nov/Dec O’level results of the year of admission for ND part-time programmes are not qualified to apply.

It is also important to NOTE that any false data entry during the online registration will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time such is discovered.

How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Nekede Part-Time Admission Form

Interested and qualified candidates should:

  1. All candidates MUST first go to the school’s website at www.fpno.edu.ng, click on the “Application form” link on the home page under the student’s menu, and choose ND to proceed.
  2. Fill your Biodata in the form and generate an invoice; print or copy out the invoice number (you can do this on your mobile phone).
  3. Proceed to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of your choice and make a payment of ₦12,000 (TwelveThousand Naira) only on the Remita platform using the RRR number on the invoice you generated. You can also choose to make your payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD; if you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill in the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.
  4. Return to the school’s website, www.fpno.edu.ng. Click on “application form” and complete your application process. Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgement slip.
  5. If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgement slip.

All Application procedures MUST be completed on or before 12 Midnight of 31st August, 2023.

Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is, therefore, advisable to minimize trips to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.
