UBTH College of Nursing Post UTME Form – The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) College of Nursing is now selling post-UTME forms for admission into its Nursing Programme, which will result in the award of an ND for the 2023/2024 academic session. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Teaching Hospital, College of Nursing ND programme for the 2023/2024 academic session.
UNIBEN Teaching Hospital College of Nursing Entry Qualifications
Notice is hereby given that admission into the College of Nursing 2023/2024 session is ongoing. Candidates are to enrol for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and come with their (JAMB) score sheet with a minimum score of 180.
ONLY 2023/2024 JAMB RESULT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ADMISSION SESSION.
The O'level requirements include 5 credits in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings.

- Chemistry
- Biology
Candidates should be 17 years and above.
How to Apply for the UBTH College of Nursing Admission Form
Sales of Post UTME forms will commence on June 1st, 2023.
Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB-accredited centre to effect their change of institution to the School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.
Post UTME forms are to be obtained from the office of the Head of College on payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only into UBTH REMITA at our Treasury/Revenue Office in UBTH as screening fees.
Candidates are to come along with the items listed below to purchase the post UTME FORMS.
- Photocopies of JAMB result slip
- Photocopies of JAMB change of institution slip
- Photocopies of WAEC/NECO results
- Birth Certificate
- Four Passport photographs
- Ensure you Upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
The UBTH School of Nursing Post-UTME screening test is scheduled to hold in August 2023. Candidates are advised to prepare adequately for the screening test in order to secure their admission into the School of Nursing.
NOTE: Upon being offered admission, candidates should accept the offer on JAMB CAPS and thereafter pay the required fee and print your admission.
