Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) Post UTME / DE Screening Form - Applications are being accepted from suitably qualified candidates for admission to various undergraduate programmes at the Federal University of Birnin-Kebbi (FUBK) for the 2023/2024 academic session.
Eligibility for FUBK Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening
UTME Candidates: The FUBK cut-off mark is 140 points and above. If applicants want to be considered for admission, the university administration requires them to make the institution their first choice.
Direct Entry Candidates: Candidates who chose the University as their first choice and have a minimum qualification of Lower Credit at National Diploma from recognised Institutions or 7 points at NCE/IJMB or equivalent qualifications are eligible to participate in the exercise.
How to Apply for FUBK for Post-UTME Exercise
Candidates who applied via UTME or Direct Entry (DE) are advised to register on the University screening portal at https://www.putme.fubk.edu.ng. The sum of Two Thousand naira (₦2,000.00) only shall be paid for the exercise by generating Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) on the platform.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:
- Visit THE PORTAL AND SIGN IN: Go to https://putme.fubk.edu.ng/ to access the PUTME portal. Use your JAMB number as the username and your state of origin as the password. If you are unable to log in using these credentials, please contact [email protected].
- CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD: After successfully logging in, confirm that the Applicant's details displayed match your information; if not, log out and email [email protected]. Enter a new password, confirm the new password, and then click Update Password.
- UPDATE BIODATA: You'll be taken to the Biodata page. Please confirm that the information displayed is correct; otherwise, log out and email [email protected]. Update your date of birth and place of birth, then click Update Biodata.
- UPDATE CONTACT ADDRESS: Enter your current and correct contact information for yourself and your next of kin. These include your email address, phone number, and home address. This is critical because the school will contact you using this information when the date for the next step in the screening process is set.
- UPDATE O'LEVEL RESULT: Enter your SSCE results with the correct Center number, Examination number, and year of examination. Each sitting requires only five (5) subjects and their grades. If you only have one sitting, only complete the first sitting section; otherwise, complete both.
- GENERATE INVOICE: On the left tab, click the PUTME Screening button to view your Invoice Information. To generate your invoice, click the Pay via Remita button. You can pay using any of the payment options. Once you've made your payment, log in to the portal to confirm your payment and continue with your registration.
- COMPLETE REGISTRATION: After confirming your payment, click the Proceed button to finish your registration. To finally submit your application, you must upload your passport and agree to the terms and conditions. After this, you will be unable to update your application, so please be certain before proceeding.
- PRINT YOUR DOCUMENTS: After submitting your PUTME registration application successfully, you will be able to print your payment receipt and registration slip. You can always reprint them by going back to the portal. Please carefully read the announcement on this page and DO NOT visit the University until you are instructed to do so via your provided email address.
