UNIOSUN Postgraduate Admission Requirements
Unless otherwise specified, all candidates seeking admission to all Osun State University Postgraduate Programmes must have a minimum of 5 credits, including English Language and four other relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings. Candidates with O’ Level Examination results acquired prior to 2018 must produce genuine copies of their certificates for screening, since Statements of Results and/or Result Slips are not acceptable.
Candidates applying for academic Master's Degree Programmes must have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division). Candidates seeking admission to PhD programmes must have a Master's degree with a minimum weighted average of 60% or a CGPA of 3.50.
How to Apply for UNIOSUN Postgraduate Admission Form
All application forms for the University's various postgraduate programmes are purchased, filled out, submitted, and processed online at https://portal.postgraduate.uniosun.edu.ng/. The cost of all Postgraduate application forms is ₦20,000.00, (Twenty Thousand Naira Only).
DOCUMENTS TO UPLOAD:
You must upload scanned copies of the following documents during online registration, in addition to the information requested on the application form. They are as follows:
- Scanned copy of O’ Level Result(s)
- Scanned copy of Degree Certificate(s)
- Scanned copy of NYSC discharge/exception certificates (Nigerians Only)
SUBMISSION OF ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS:
All applicants must send their transcripts to The Secretary, Postgraduate College, Osun State University, P.M.B 4494, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. Please keep in mind that applications without a transcript will not be considered for admission. All academic transcripts must reach the Deputy Registrar/Administrative Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies on or before the start of the session admission is sought.
INTERNATIONAL/FOREIGN CANDIDATES:
In addition to the normal entry requirements for each programme, all foreign candidates must meet the following requirements before they can begin their studies at the University if admitted:
- Admission Letter
- International Passport or ECOWAS Travel Certificates
- Valid VISA-STR (Subject to Regularization)
- Residence Permit
