FULAFIA Registration Guidelines for New Students: This is to notify all the 2023/2024 fresh and stale undergraduate students of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) that the institution’s management has released their registration guidelines.
Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) Registration Guidelines
Phase 1:
- Login to the FMIS PUTME Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng/putme/login.php.
- Pay the acceptance fee.
- Pay all the charges on your dashboard.
- Upload your Admission Letter issued by JAMB and then generate a matriculation number and official email address.
Phase 1 Deadline:
Phase 2:
- Login to the FMIS Student Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng
- Click on courses and then on “First CRF” to register for First Semester Courses
- Register for your courses and click on “Submit” (please note that your Course Registration Form (CRF) will be available for printing ONLY after it has been digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean).
- Visit the student affairs, open a file, submit all the required documents and sign the code of conduct form.
- Visit your department (All Students), faculty (All Students) and College (Medical Students) with the evidence of payment of all charges, open a file and submit all the required documents.
- Visit the academic affairs, open a file and submit all the required documents.
Phase 2 Deadline:

- Login to the FMIS Students Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng
- Click on E-Wallet/Payment, select 2023/2024 and pay for Departmental Registration
- Go back to the dashboard, click on courses and then on “Second CRF” to register for Second Semester Courses
- Register for your courses and click on “Submit” (please note that your CRF would be available for printing ONLY after it has been digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean).
- Visit your department (All Students), faculty (All Students) and college (Medical Students), and submit all the second Semester CRF.
- Visit the academic affairs and submit all the second Semester CRF.
Phase 3 Deadline:
All payments must be made on the portal. Failure to register at the stipulated time or adhere to the guidelines would attract a penalty of ₦10,000.

- Click on E-Wallet/Payment, select 2023/2024 and pay for all the fees from the dropdown
- Click on courses and then on “First CRF” to register for First Semester Courses
- Register for your courses and click on “Submit” (please note that your CRF would be available for printing ONLY after it has been digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean).
- Visit your department (All Students), faculty (All Students) and College (Medical Students), with the evidence of payment of all charges, and submit all the required documents.
- Visit academic affairs and submit all the required documents.
