UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission Form – This is to notify all candidates who applied for admission into various courses at UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing that the administration has begun the sale of forms for the 2023/2024 session. The admission requirements and application process are outlined below.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Calabar School of Nursing for Basic Nursing Training.
UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission Requirements
Intending candidates must possess five (5) credits in English Language, MATHEMATICS, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than 2 sittings from SSCE or NECO. Only candidates aged between 17-35 years by November 2023 are eligible to apply.
DURATION OF TRAINING: Three (3) Years.
How to Apply for UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission
Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal, School of Nursing, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Moore Road, Calabar from Wednesday, March, 8th to Friday, May 5th 2023 (Subject to availability).
A non-refundable fee of ₦17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Naira only) should be paid into the UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL COLLECTION ACCOUNT AT EKONDO MICROFINANCE BANK along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926.
Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site. The official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing, UCTH along Moore Road for collection of the Application form.
Application Deadline
Completed Application Forms with Photocopies of relevant documents are to reach the Office of the Principal no later than Monday 15th May 2023.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: The Entrance Examination will hold on Saturday 19th May 2023 at Venue: School of Nursing Premises, Moore Road, and UCTH Permanent Site, Calabar.
Time: 8:00am prompt.
ORAL INTERVIEW: Oral interviews for successful candidates will hold in UCTH Permanent Site on a Date that will be communicated to candidates that pass the written examination only.
