Requirements for Admission
Pre-Degree Programme:
The Pre-Degree programme, designed to run for one academic session, offers candidates the opportunity to enhance their chances of gaining admission into the university. To be eligible for the Pre-Degree programme, candidates must possess a minimum of three (3) credit-level passes at the SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level in not more than two sittings. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be eligible for admission into the 100 level, provided they retake and pass the UTME and WAEC/SSCE NECO exams.
Foundation Programme:
The Foundation programme, also running for one academic session, caters to candidates who may be deficient in UTME but possess a basic minimum of five (5) credit-level passes in the SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level relevant to their course of interest. Successful completion of the Foundation programme opens the door for candidates to proceed to the 200 level through JAMB Direct Entry.
