NDA Admission List for 75th Regular Course: The Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB) conducted the interview for the 75 Regular Course (RC) at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) from 27th May to 14th July, 2023. The list of successful candidates who have made it through the AFSB Interview is provided below and is also accessible on the NDA Official Website, www.nda.edu.ng. Congratulations to all the successful candidates on their admission into NDA for the 75 RC. These candidates are required to report to NDA Ribadu Campus (old site), Kaduna on Saturday, 26th August 2023. It is important to note that upon admission into the NDA, cadets are considered full-time students and not employees undergoing training.
Reporting Date and Location
Successful candidates are required to report to NDA Ribadu Campus (old site) in Kaduna on Saturday, 26th August 2023. It is essential that all candidates make their way to the designated campus on this date. Failure to report on time may lead to forfeiture of the candidate's place. Selected and reserved candidates should both report to the reception centre located at the Center of Excellence Building, NDA Ribadu Campus.
Admission Conditions
Upon admission into the NDA, candidates become full-time students rather than employees in training. It is crucial to understand that they shall not have any claim to employment rights or engagement with the institution or the Federal Government of Nigeria if they are dismissed or withdrawn from the Academy before being commissioned as officers.
Required Documents
Selected candidates must present the original copies of their credentials during the reporting process. The required documents include:
- First School Leaving Certificate
- Primary School Testimonial
- School Certificate Results (NECO/WAEC)
- Senior Secondary School Testimonials
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Letter of State of Origin
Candidates who fail to provide the original copies of the aforementioned documents will not be accepted into the Academy.
Mandatory Items to Bring
In addition to the essential documents, successful candidates are required to bring the following items:
- Two pairs of black and white trousers
- One lounge suite in a dark colour
- A pair of national dress
- Two belts, preferably black
- One pair of black covered shoes
- Two pairs of white canvas shoes
- Two pairs of white shorts
- Pyjamas
- Two pairs of brown canvas shoes
- One pair of football boots
- Electronic Tablet (Tab)
- Hockey stick
- Three pairs of blue shorts and white round-neck vests
- Two white shirts (long sleeves)
- Four pairs of white socks
- One black rubber-strapped digital quartz wristwatch
- Black polish, brushes, shaving kit, and toiletries
- Two white bed sheets and pillowcases for an 8-spring bed
- Black swimming trunk/shirt
- Personal computer (laptop)
- Pressing iron
Additional Items for Female Candidates
Female candidates should also bring the following items in addition to the ones mentioned above:
- One pair of black low heel cover shoes
- Four lounge skirts in dark colours
- Four pairs of black or blue short tights
- Two pairs of trouser suits
Important Notes for Candidates
Selected candidates are not allowed to receive visitors and will not be permitted to leave the Academy during the first three months of training. This measure is put in place to ensure a focused and disciplined training environment.
All selected candidates must upload their O' Level results with JAMB before reporting to the Academy. This is a mandatory requirement for all candidates.
