Applying for Admission
To be eligible for admission at BMU as an institution of First Choice or to change your institution to BMU, you must have obtained a UTME score of 140 and above in the 2023 JAMB UTME. During the application process, you will be required to pay an online application form fee of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only. The payment can be made conveniently using your ATM debit card through the Interswitch payment platform.

At BMU, the screening exercise is conducted strictly ONLINE through the evaluation of qualifying results. There won't be a Post UTME, but candidates are required to fill the online application form and upload the following documents during registration:
- 2023 Year’s UTME Result Slip
- O’level Result(s) with credit in the relevant subjects
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Scratch Card(s) details as applicable
- B.Sc/HND/ND/NCE/A’Level Certificate (Direct Entry Candidates Only)
- Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
- Passport Photograph
Direct Entry Admissions
For those with the relevant certificates such as B.Sc/HND/ND/NCE/A’Level (IJMB, JUPEB, and Institute of Baccalaureate) Certificate, there is an option for Direct Entry admission. Additionally, BMU welcomes students from other universities through Inter-University Transfer, provided they meet the appropriate CGPA criteria.
All candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings. Furthermore, it is mandatory to upload your O'Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal as a pre-condition for admission.
