FUHSA Post UTME / Direct Entry Screening FormThe management of the Federal University of Health Science, Azare has announced the commencement of the sale of Post UTME forms into the Undergraduate programmes for the 2023/2024 session.

The registration process for the highly anticipated online screening exercise for the 2023/2024 admissions is set to kick off on August 6th, 2023, and conclude on August 19th, 2023. Details of the available courses, admission requirements and how to apply have been provided below in this post.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

For those considering admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, there are certain criteria you must meet to ensure your eligibility. Kindly take note of the following:

  1. UTME Score Requirements: If you've chosen the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare as your 'FIRST CHOICE' institution and have scored 160 points or above in your 2023 UTME, you are eligible to proceed with the registration and screening process.

  2. 'O' Level Results: Candidates who are awaiting their 'O' Level results should indicate 'AWAITING RESULT (AR)' in the grades column on the screening form. Once your results are released by the examination bodies, you must promptly upload them.

  3. Subject Combination: Ensure that you've sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2023 UTME, aligned with your chosen course of study.

  4. Direct Entry (DE) Requirements: Direct Entry candidates should have a minimum of five (5) O' level relevant credits, including English and Mathematics. Additionally, candidates must have scored a minimum of 9 points in IJMB or NCE and possess at least a lower credit in ND/HND or Second Class Lower in a Degree.

Post UTME Cut-Off Marks for Various Programs

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare sets specific cut-off marks for different programs, ensuring that candidates meet the required standards. Here are the cut-off marks for some of the programs:

  • MBBS Medicine and Surgery: 200 Points and above
  • BDS Dentistry: 200 Points and above
  • B.Sc Nursing Sciences: 160 Points and above
  • BSC Nutrition and Dietetics: 160 Points and above
  • B.Sc Radiography: 160 Points and above

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare wishes to inform all 2023 Candidates for Post UTME Test and Screening exercise to kindly make a payment of N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only) to the institution's Remita profile as follows:

  • Log in to www.remita.net.
  • Search for "Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare."
  • Locate the service labelled "Examination Fees."
  • Fill in the necessary details, including your name, phone number, and email registered for the 2023 UTME.
  • Use any random number for the GIFMIS code.
  • Complete the payment process and obtain the RRR receipt or generate an invoice to pay at any bank.

NOTE:

Once you've completed the payment process, you're all set! Make sure to bring the RRR receipt along as evidence of payment to the screening venue. Your journey toward academic excellence is just around the corner!
