Application for 2023/2024 Academic Session

The Lagos State University of Education invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission to its various regular Undergraduate programs for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. Whether you're a fresh high school graduate or looking to further your education, the university offers a diverse range of programs to suit your interests. The post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for 2023/2024 admission into the University is scheduled to commence from Monday 7th to Friday 18th August 2023.
LASUED Post UTME Eligibility
To be part of this exciting journey, you must meet certain criteria:
Candidates who have selected the Lagos State University of Education as their choice in the 2023/2024 UTME and Direct Entry.
If you wish to switch to the Lagos State University of Education, you can do so by making the change through JAMB before applying on our university portal.
Individuals who have achieved a minimum score of 170 in the UTME and possess the required relevant O’ level credits as specified in the JAMB brochure are eligible for the online screening exercise.
All Direct Entry candidates, particularly NCE holders, who have chosen the Lagos State University of Education as their first option in the 2023/2024 Direct Entry exercise through JAMB are eligible for the online screening.
Candidates must be sixteen (16) years old or above by October 1st, 2023.
The online screening process is accessible to those with virtual impairments who satisfy the conditions outlined in points I and III.
Screening Requirements
To ensure a smooth application process, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of Five (5) Credits in relevant subjects for your chosen course from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, or GCE O' Level. This must include English Language and Mathematics, achieved in not more than two (2) sittings.
- If you appeared for the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 170 or above, you're a step closer.
- If Lagos State University of Education was your First Choice during UTME registration, you're in the right place.

- Check the list of available programmes by clicking on List of Programmes
- Apply for the Admissions process by clicking Apply Now of the programme whose admission status is open (Please fill the form correctly and supply a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS because your login details will be sent to the email address you provide)
- Your registered E-mail Address on this platform is your Username and your Surname is your Password
- Continue by filling the Application Form step by step and click submit at the final stage
- Make payment for the Post UTME screening fee and undergo the online screening exercise
- Print the Completed Application form and Post-UTME screening Receipt
- Proceed to the Admissions office with the printout and copies of your credentials
