LASU Certificate Programmes Admission Requirements & Duration
1. CERTIFICATE IN TOUR GUIDING
Admission Requirements
Candidates should obtain three (3) credit passes in relevant subjects in Arts, Sciences and Commercial Studies at not more than two (2) sittings at GCE/WAEC/SSCE/NECO. Credit pass in English Language will be an added advantage.
WAIVER
Matured Candidates not less than 30 years old who possess other Certificates and at least five years’ work of experience in their chosen course of study are also eligible to apply.
Application fee: Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only
2. CERTIFICATE IN REAL ESTATE & FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Admission Requirements
Admission into Certificate in Real Estate & Facility Management is opened to SSCE/GCE holders who must have any three (3) compulsory O’ Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings.
Duration: The certificate programme in Real Estate & Facility Management is a Part-Time Programme and will run for a period of Six (6) months (intensive training)
Application fee: Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only
3. CERTIFICATE IN SOCIAL WORK AND ADMINISTRATION
Admission Requirements
An applicant for admission into Certificate in Social Work and Administration shall be required to possess any of the following qualifications:
- Senior secondary school certificate with at least three (3) credits passes including English Language
- GCE Level with at least 3 credit s including English Language
- SSSC or GCE O’ level with at least 3 or less Credits and a Minimum of 30 years of age.
- Officers from the Ministry of Social Welfare, Religious Organizations, Media, Local Government Services, and Security Agencies amongst others can also apply
- Any other interested candidates with OND/NCE/B.SC Certificates or equivalent qualifications.
Duration: The course shall run for a period of three (3) months on a Part-Time Basis
Application fee: Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only
How to Apply for LASU Certificate Programmes Admission
- Candidates are to visit odlri.lasu.edu.ng for details about the programme of choice.
- Then proceed to www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment to make payment for the application fee of ₦15,000 for Certificate Programmes and then proceed to complete the application form.
- Kindly note that ALL LASU payments are made ONLINE via www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment.
- Successful Candidates will be contacted through their submitted email addresses.
Screening: Candidates who have been offered admission and have paid the acceptance fee will also be subjected to a screening exercise.
Mode of Teaching and Learning: All academic activities are going to be blended learning with 70% online classes and 30% physical classes with a prompt and accurate delivery system, including workshops.
