This is to notify all candidates who applied for admission to the Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery (CONAMKAT) ND Nursing Programme during the 2023/2024 academic session that the institution's management has released the list of successfully admitted candidates.

NOTE: Online registration for newly admitted candidates will close on Sunday, October 30, 2023, and classes will begin on Monday, November 31, 2023.

How to Check the CONAMKAT ND Nursing Admission List

All successful candidates admitted into ND Nursing programmes at Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing, Katsina, should be aware that ONLINE Registration will begin on Wednesday, October 13th, 2023 and will end on Sunday, October 30th, 2023.

Candidates whose names appear on this portal should go to the JAMB State Office or an accredited JAMB centre to ensure that their respective results are entered so that they can be admitted by JAMB and then print the JAMB Admission Letter.

DOCUMENTATION: All successful candidates MUST present the ORIGINAL and three copies of the following documents to Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing, Katsina:

1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. College Admission Letter (To be printed online, COLOURED and on a cream CONQUEROR Paper)
3. Printout of Biodata
4. Payment Slip 
5. Course Registration Form
6. Acceptance Form (completed)
7. ID Card Application Form
8. Form for Library (Completion)
9. Letter of Undertaking (Completed)
10. Completed Guarantor’s Form
11. Form for Medical Examination
12. Six (6) Passport Photographs
13. SSCE Certificate or Statement of Results 
14. Acknowledgement Card
15. Secondary School Testimonial
16. Primary School Certificate
17. Primary School Testimonial
18. Indigene Letter
19. Hostel Fee Payment Slip (for those that will stay in the hostel)
20. Form for Allocating Hostels (for those that will stay in the hostel)
21. Result Scratch Card(s)
22. 1 sheet of A4 rim paper

NOTE: Items 3 to 11, as well as 19 and 20, can be printed from the Registration Portal.

Failure to register by Sunday, October 30, 2023, results in admission forfeiture.

Lectures begin on Monday, November 31, 2023.
