FUHSI Post UTME Form 2024/2025: How to Apply, Eligibility and Deadline

Federal University of Health Sciences Ila Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Form - Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), Osun State, hereby invites all candidates who have chosen the University as their first choice institution and scored at least 180 in the 2024 UTME to visit the University website: http://fuhsi.edu.ng/admissions/ and click on the admission portal to register for the post-UTME screening exercises.

FUHSI Admission Requirements

1. Applicants who selected FUHSI as their first choice institution in the 2024 UTME are eligible for admission if they meet the minimum UTME score requirement for their desired course. See the FUHSI CUT-OFF MARKS 
2. Applicants who did not originally select FUHSI as their first choice can still be considered for admission. To be eligible, these applicants must change their institution or course selection to FUHSI on the JAMB admissions portal prior to the application deadline.

How to Apply for Federal University of Health Sciences Ila Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Exercise 

Registration will commence on Monday 12th August and end on Monday 31 August, 2024.

Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the registration procedure carefully before starting the registration process.

FUHSI Post UTME Screening Exam

1. The examination will be done online, on a dedicated link which shall be provided on the university website fuhsi.edu.ng only.
2. The examination will take place on 19th December 2024 between 9 am and 4 pm. The link to the examination will be made available on the University website on 18th December 2024.
3. Candidates can only log in once; as such, only one session will be allowed. You are therefore advised to log in only when you are ready to take the exam. The environment must be quiet, serene and private, as noise, interference, and external movements log out a candidate, thereby disqualifying such candidate.
4. You must use a webcam-enabled computer as the algorithm compares your passport with the video recorded.
5. Ensure your internet is stable and strong throughout the period of the examination.
6. Your uploaded passport will be used as the official passport throughout your stay at the university.
