FULOKOJA Postgraduate Students Screening Dates: The Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has announced the date and time for its screening of newly enrolled postgraduate students for the 2023/2024 academic session. This crucial process will take place at the Boardroom, College of Postgraduate Studies, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily between Wednesday, May 3rd, and Wednesday, May 17th, 2023.

Screening Specifications and Required Documents:

To facilitate a smooth and quick screening process, candidates must bring the following documents:

  • Admission Letter: This is your official proof of admission into FULOKOJA’s College of Postgraduate Studies.
  • Application Fee Invoice: Generated from the Student’s Portal, this invoice confirms the payment of your application fee.
  • Evidence of Application Fee Payment Receipt on Remita: This receipt shows that you have successfully paid your application fee through Remita.
  • Acceptance Fee Invoice: Generated from the Student’s Portal, this invoice confirms the payment of your acceptance fee.
  • Evidence of Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt on Remita: This receipt shows that you have successfully paid your acceptance fee through Remita.
  • NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate: This document is required for all Nigerian graduates who have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) obligations.
  • Higher Institution Certificates: Please bring your original higher institution certificates, NOT statement of results.
  • Medical Report: This report should be obtained from the Federal University Health Services.
  • WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results: Please bring your original secondary school examination results.
  • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age: This document is required for verifying your age.
  • Certificate of State of Origin: This certificate confirms your state of origin in Nigeria.
  • Referee’s Confidential Reports (3): You will need three confidential reports from your referees.
  • Transcripts: Please bring your official academic transcripts from all previous institutions attended.
  • Passports: Bring four (4) passport-sized photographs.
