Al-Hikmah University Admission List: This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission to the Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, first-degree programmes during the 2023/2024 academic session that they can now begin checking their admission status.
How to Check Al-Hikmah University Admission List
You are required to accept your Admission Offer. The following are the details of the registration process:
- Log in to the Al-Hikmah University Admission Portal HERE using your Application Number. NOTE: You will need to log in with your Jamb or Application Number. [If you forget, check your mail or Application Slip, or send an email to [email protected] for assistance.]
- To check your admission status, log in and then click "Check Admission Status." If you are accepted, click the "Accept Admission Offer" button to begin your initial registration rights on the "Portal." Candidates must also accept their admission on JAMB CAPS.
- Once you accept the "Admission Offer," an account will be created for you automatically on the Student Portal, and you will need to change your password.
- Keep in mind that your initial password is "password," so enter any desired password in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Select a password that you can remember].
- Note: An email with the details of your new account setup will be sent to your inbox for future reference.
- After successfully changing your password, you will be prompted to log in again with your JAMB/Application Number and your newly created password.
- After logging in, you will be taken to your profile page. Simply update all of the required fields and click the "Update Profile" button. Please keep in mind that you will be able to change your passport at this point if you so desire.
- When updating your profile, make sure to use a valid email address and phone number. Check this email on a regular basis for updates and information.
- After you have updated your information, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address you have provided. Log in to your email account and click the account activation link.
- You must download, print, and complete the following documents before uploading a scanned copy (not a camera picture):
- Letter of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor's Letter (from A Clergy)
- Once you've completed the preceding steps, a link to print your Clearance Certificate will appear on your dashboard.
- NOTE: Candidates who were unable to generate/print their "Clearance Certificate" should proceed to Step 13.
- You must supply a valid Exam Number, Year, and Month. Furthermore, WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card information, Candidates who have previously uploaded their scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST-UTME/DE screening exercise; please confirm the accuracy of the details and click the "Submit for Verification" button.
- Candidates are required to submit 3 copies of all credentials including the course registration form at the Faculty Office as listed below:
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Certificate
- Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor’s Letter (from A Clergy)
- Court Affidavit Of Good Conduct
- Medical Report (from The University Health Center)
- O’Level Results
- Jamb Admission Letter
- Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- University Admission Letter
- Completed Bio-data Form
- Sundry Fees Payment Receipt
- Course Registration Forms
- Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor’s Letter (from A Clergy)
- Original Jamb Result
- Jamb Direct Entry Form
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Degree Certificate
- NCE Certificate
- ND/HND certificate
- Other Diploma certificate
- A’Level Result
- Certificate of Origin
- Master Degree Certificate
- Police Report (Transfer Student Only)
Important Details
- No candidate will be allowed to register unless he or she has paid the FULL or 60% of his or her sundry fee as well as the FULL payment of any other charges as stated on the "Pay Bill" section of the individual student's account. Failure to follow the instructions above is entirely at your own risk.

Candidates successfully admitted into the Al-Hikmah University first-degree programmes are advised to:
- Log in to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and either ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- After accepting the admission, they should print their JAMB admission letter.
- They should keep their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
- Apply for a course change on the JAMB Portal if they are offered courses other than the ones they initially applied for.
