Ignatius Ajuru University Of Education (IAUE) Acceptance Fee, & Registration Procedures: This is to inform all newly admitted students at the Ignatius Ajuru University Of Education (IAUE), Port Harcourt, that the administration has released the procedures for payment of the acceptance fee, clearance, and registration for the 2023/2024 academic session.
- Acceptance fee payment at Ignatius Ajuru University Of Education (IAUE) has begun for candidates admitted during the 2023/2024 academic session.
- Newly admitted students must also complete the clearance and registration procedures outlined in this article.
- Other registration fees, such as the Medical Exam, ICT Levy, Biometrics, Innovation & Creativity Book, IAUE CISCO Academy, Anti-Cultism/Drugs Book, Health Services, and Students Exercise Book, are ₦50,000.
- The deadline for registration of candidates on the first admission list is November 13.
- The IAUE admission list has been uploaded online. Check the Admission List HERE. Endeavour to accept your admission before paying for acceptance, clearance, and registration fees.
Guidelines for IAUE Acceptance Fee, Clearance, and Registration
- Log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), accept the admission offer, and print your admission letter and result slip (coloured printout only). Please keep in mind that the admission letter will be verified.
- Acceptance fee of ₦45,000.00 payable only online via Pay-Direct, Mastercard, or Verve (login to enterpriseschoolsportal.iauoe.edu.ng). Payment receipts will be checked.
- Update your bio-data and other required fields in the University portal.
- The deadline for accepting your admission on JAMB CAPS and paying the acceptance fee for candidates admitted on merit is November 13th, 2022. Implication: Candidates who do not accept their offer and pay the acceptance fee before the deadline will have their admission revoked.
- Proceed to your Faculty Conference Hall with the documents listed below, effective November 13th, 2022, for verification and clearance. Departmental clearance schedules will be made available online later.

- University Provisional Admission Letter (From IAUE Portal).
- Admission Status (From IAUE Portal).
- Receipts for Acceptance Fees and Faculty/Departmental Dues (From IAUE Portal).
- Original JAMB Result Slip (From JAMB Website).
- Original JAMB Admission Letter (From JAMB Website).
- Registration for Screening Payment Receipt (From IAUE Portal).
- Attestation or Recommendation Letter (addressed to the Registrar)
- Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate
- Local Government Identification Card
- Functional Email Address and Phone Number.
- 4 File Jackets (Student Files) are obtainable at the University Bookshop.
- 4 passport photos
- NCE, OND, NABTEB Results (for DIRECT ENTRY Candidates ONLY)
- Identity Card Clearance Form (From IAUE Portal).
- Bio-Data Printout (From IAUE Portal).
In conclusion;
- Candidates must pay all fees online and proceed to their Faculty Conference Hall for physical and online clearance after obtaining all of the documents listed on page 2 of this document.
- When a candidate is cleared by the Admissions Unit, the portal will generate an Admissions Office Clearance Approval Notice for the candidate.
- When a candidate is cleared by the Faculty, the portal generates a Clearance Approval Notice for that candidate.
- After completing the clearance processes, the candidate must print all Clearance Approval Notices (Admissions and Faculty) and place them in the candidate's file jackets before submitting them to the Faculty Officer.
- The candidate can now pay his or her school fees online.
- This marks the end of registration for admitted candidates for 2023/2024.
Things to take note of:
- Candidates who do not accept the admission offer can go to their JAMB CAPS profiles and reject the admission.
- Candidates of the Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education will do their clearance at the Rumuolumeni Campus at the Department of Home Economics, thereafter, they can proceed to the Ndele Campus for their academic activities.
- Above all, candidates must strictly adhere to all of the COVID-19 Protocols at the registration locations and throughout the University grounds.
