The FUTMINNA Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE), commonly known as the FUTMINNA Post UTME/DE Screening, will be conducted from Wednesday, 14 August, 2024, until midnight on Sunday, 13th October, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for FUTMINNA Post UTME & DE Screening
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must have selected FUTMINNA as their first choice in both UTME and DE categories. Additionally, candidates are expected to have achieved a minimum score of 150 in the 2024 UTME. However, some courses may have higher cut-off marks, which can be found by visiting the FUTMINNA 2024/2025 ADMISSION CUT-OFF page.
It is crucial for candidates to meet the UTME subject combination requirements specified in the JAMB Brochure. Moreover, all applicants must possess a minimum of five 'O' Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
Furthermore, DE candidates are required to have obtained a minimum of Lower Credit at the National Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma levels, or Merit at the NCE level. Candidates who do not meet these requirements have the option to switch to a different course that aligns with their qualifications, subject to a processing fee of N2,000.
How to Apply for FUTMINNA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening
To initiate the application process, candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 via the REMITA platform. The application can be submitted through the FUTMINNA application portal.
DE/UTME Candidates
- Click on "2024/2025 UPASE."
- On the subsequent page, select 'UPASE- DE/UTME Login.'
- Enter your JAMB registration number.
- Provide one of your names.
- Click on 'Login.'
- Upload your O' level result(s).
- DE candidates should also upload their Higher level result(s).
- If your UTME / O’ level subject combinations do not meet the minimum requirements for the course registered with JAMB, select an alternative course from the list of Departments.
- Click on 'Proceed to payment gateway.'
- Confirm your entries.
- Click on the 'payment link' button to proceed to the payment gateway.
- Payment can be made using Debit Card (MasterCard – preferred), Verve (enabled for online payment), or at a Bank branch (by generating RRR from the application portal).
- Enter your ATM Debit card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV 2, i.e., the 3 digits behind your card, and pin number).
- If the payment is successful, the screen will display all the data you entered previously.
- Click on the 'Print' button to obtain a physical copy of the document.
