Part-time Admission Form: This is to inform all interested candidates for admission into the Part-time B.Sc. programme of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) that the management has begun the sale of forms for admission into the 2023/2024 session. Details of the list of available courses, admission requirements and how to apply have been given below.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the B.Sc. Part-time programmes of the CEC for the 2023/2024 academic session in the following areas:

DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION
Direct entry admission into the above-listed programmes is based on a combination of relevant O’Level results and the possession of at least two A-Level passes, or NCE, OND OR HND in the following areas of study: Agricultural Science, Science Education, Geography, Forestry, Fisheries, Building Technology, Environmental Health, Surveying, Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, etc.
DURATION OF PROGRAMMES
A. Duration of programmes in 1 - 3, above.
- A minimum of six (6) years for candidates with
- Ordinary Level Certificate
- OND/ND at a Lower Credit level
- NCE at Merit/Credit levels
- A minimum of five (5) years for candidates with
- OND/ND at Upper Credit level
- NCE at Distinction level
- HND at Lower Credit Level
- A minimum of four (4) years for candidates with HND at Upper Credit level.
B. Duration of programmes in items 2-11 above.
- A minimum of five (5) years for candidates with O’Level qualifications.
- A minimum of four (4) years for candidates with OND at Upper Credit Level and HND, at Lower Credit in relevant areas, obtained from recognized institutions. MOUAU B.Sc. Part-time Admission Form
- A minimum of three (3) years for candidates with HND at Upper Credit Level, and B.Sc. in related areas.
How to Apply for MOUAU Part-Time Admission Exercise
Application forms can be obtained from room 6 (B.Sc. Unit) CEC Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, on payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000) through remitter into the TSA account after generation of RRR. Candidates should bring their evidence of payment to the CEC office for issuance of receipts and collection of application forms.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for receipt of completed application forms for the 2023/2024 academic Session is six weeks from the date of this publication.
